You don't have a career problem. You have a self problem.

And that's actually good news. Because careers can be rebuilt. But first, you have to find the woman who got buried underneath the one who's been holding everything together for everyone else. That woman? She's still in there. I promise you that.

I See You.

Not the version you bring to work every morning — polished, capable, performing competence like it's a second language you've spoken so long you've forgotten you were ever learning it. I see the one who lies awake at 3am wondering if this is it. The one who snaps at her partner and hates herself for it, even though she knows it's not really him she's angry at. The one who still gets her nails done and shows up put-together, because the outside is the last thing she can control — while the inside is quietly falling apart. I see her because I was her.

What 40 Years in Healthcare Leadership Taught Me

The Truth About the System

The system is not designed for women like us to thrive. It's designed for us to perform. To produce. To shrink ourselves into whatever shape the room requires — and then wonder why we feel so hollow inside. I spent four decades being excellent at things that were slowly killing my spirit.

What It Cost Me

I was the woman in the room who knew exactly what needed to be said and had learned, very precisely, to say something safer instead. I was respected. I was capable. I was exhausted in a way that a holiday couldn't touch.

Choosing Differently

And then I chose differently. Not because it was easy. Not because the timing was perfect — because it never is. But because staying had become more dangerous than leaving. Because I finally understood that the life I was protecting wasn't actually mine.

You Cannot Think Your Way Out of This.

The career piece is real and we will absolutely handle it — with strategy, with clarity, with the kind of no-nonsense guidance that comes from someone who has navigated this landscape from the inside. I know the job market. I know the industry. I know how to help you figure out where you're going and build a credible, confident path to get there. But here's what most career coaches won't tell you: you cannot think your way out of this. The exhaustion, the disconnection, the flash of anger when someone asks something of a body that has nothing left to give — that's not a mindset issue. That's a nervous system issue. And it lives in your body, not your brain. This is why I do this work differently. Alongside coaching, I am a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner. Using sound frequencies and tuning forks, we work directly with your nervous system — releasing the stored stress, the chronic tension, the energetic patterns that have kept you locked in survival mode long after the original threat has passed. Think of it this way: we rebuild the strategy and we resource the body that has to carry it out. Because a clear plan means nothing if your nervous system is still braced for impact.

Who I Am.

I'm Deborah — career transition coach, Biofield Tuning practitioner, and a woman who spent 40+ years as a healthcare executive before choosing her own life over the one that looked right from the outside. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Management, a Master's in Healthcare Administration, an ACC-level coaching certification through ICF, and a CPC (Certified Professional Coach) credential through iPEC — backed by over 317 client coaching hours. I bring every bit of that to this work — alongside the kind of intuition that comes from four decades of reading rooms, people, and situations that most would miss. I work with mid-career professional women who are done tolerating a life that no longer fits — and ready to build one that actually does.

If You've Read This Far, You Already Know.

You're not here by accident. Something in you recognized something in this. That instinct? Trust it. You were always worthy of more. It's time to live like you know that.
